Battery Saving Tips for Smartphones Users

Hey Guys!!! Here are some tips smartphones users must know for better usage and long battery life.

Have a look,

The Use of Dark Wallpapers:-

  • The use of dark wallpaper is done to save battery life in terms of brightness and light which display screen produces. how dark wallpapers save battery dark wallpaper has no colour expect black by which the colour reproduction doesn't need to be displayed and indirectly battery is save for that particular purpose.

The Lag issue:-

  • The lag issue in the smartphone is arise went the phone doesn't get enough space to breathe. Here breathe means that space is quite low or is separated in parts we call it multi-tasking on smartphones these days well this multi-tasking needs space to perform it. so to get lag-free experience always try to keep only useful apps installed will usage and always close the apps when the task is done. always try to keep only 1 to 2 apps open the particular usage manner, which will indirectly provide enough space to breathe the system and processor easy.

Use Earphones:

  • While listing song always try to keep an earphone with which you are comfortable for the whole day. we sometimes listen to songs on the smartphone's speaker at loud, not for showoff but sometimes we really need it so. the loud sound needs more power as compared to earphones. And if you listen to songs for an hour your battery percentage might get low by 8 to 10 %, whereas if you use earphones for the same use will only loss 4 to 5 % of your battery life. And the same while watching videos and movies too.

Brightness Level:-

  • The brightness level consumes 25% of the battery only for the display purpose to view what on there. well, it is known by every smartphone users that brightness level directly affects the battery life. so it will be quite good to keep those brightness level to the level at which it's visible to you, whereas now many of the software updates support dark mode which indirectly saves you battery consumption and gives you an extra life to your battery, besides that till now it's advisable to keep the brightness level low. Automatics brightness level as it will help you to consume only required power, not more which will save battery life.

Don't use case:-

  • As we all have felt that when the smartphones perform heavy task such as gaming our phones start getting heated and when the phone is in the case heat of the phone doesn't get space to pass due to it fully covered case which absorbs the heat in the case and does not let it way, which leads to producing more heat and can even affect the battery life and  processor of the smartphones. And when you do not use any type of case the phone get enough air to pass and cool down without any damage to battery life.

Always use your charger:-

  • The phone charger is made of according to phones suitability. for example, (a) if you use the charger of 100Rs to charge a 20000Rs Smartphone, what will be the result, do it will charge the battery faster or damage the battery life. in-short the charger which comes with your phone use that charger only for charging and not else one.

Power Off before removing the battery:-

  • Many time in a hurry we remove the battery before powering off the smartphone which damage the software un-noticeable to us and then we notice that the battery life is affected in terms of usage and charging speed. so it safe to use the power off before removing the battery.

Turn Off GPS Service and Auto-Wifi Scanning:-

  • When GPS in use for locations it helps to found an unknown street and way to your destination, but when it's On in the background it consumes power to keep location tracking and the same with the wifi when it is set On auto-connect which requires auto-scanning in the background to finding any open wifi nearby which is continuous scanning and hence consumes more power in background which unknowingly kills your battery life.

Turn Off Auto-update and Auto-downloads:-

  • When the auto-update of applications is On, it starts auto-downloading of applications latest update unknowingly which runs in the background, And when you notice your battery and data is just 50% left and you don't know how and when it happened. And you can't do anything. well auto-downloading does the same, you can Off it and only allow when you really need it, which will save battery life for more uses.

Set Screen to Sleep/Lock:-

  • The timer for screen to lock should be set to the minimum by which the screen auto-sleep while saving battery in terms of brightness of the screen. When the timer for screen to sleep is not set many time phones screen remain On for longer uselessly, which causes battery life. so it good to set an auto-sleep timer for the screen lock.you can set it On by going into the auto-screen-lock setting.

Turn Off Vibration:-

  • Many of us use vibration mode instead of silent mode but it let you know through vibration about any call, message and notifications. You might know that the vibration requires more power as the phone vibrator is a motor which rotates at high speed and let you feel the vibrations. and when you Off that vibration is used for SMS, Calls or Notifications it stops the usage of the power of vibrators and enhances the battery life.
